This exhibition raises money for widows and orphans from Afghanistan, to buy art supplies for them to use in both therapeutic manner (expressing their grief and the traumas they have experienced) and to provide materials for possible income support. I have donated the above painting which is on exhibition amongst donations from John Peart, Elizabeth Cummings, Euan McLeod, David Fairbairn, Lindy Lee and Suzanne Archer...amongst others. The Auction will be held on Sunday 5th July at 3 pm, conducted by Andrew Shapiro of Shapiro Contemporary Art Auctions.
